• Can you hold a place before I apply?

  Unfortunately we can hold an apartment until a tenant is approved and has paid there move in fee

• Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

  We charge first months rent, a move in fee and a $100 admin fee that is all due at lease signing

• How old do you have to be to apply?

  18

• Is the deposit refundable?

  We do not have a deposit just a move in fee which is non refundable

• Who needs a cosigner?

  Applicants who have not established their credit yet.

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  Visit the available page and click on apply

• How do I pay rent?

  Through our portal or with cash via pay near me at your local 7/11 walgreens, CVS, or Walmart

• I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  Apply at https://chicagostyle.petscreening.com

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

  Call our office for options.

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  Submit your move out request on your online portal or call our office

• Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

  If you break something by improper use you will pay for repair, issues caused by normal wear and tear is paid for by the owners
